**Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator for a local paper production company! Responsibilities include inspecting, weighing, and packaging products, emptying bailers, assisting in roll preparation for machine operators, monitoring product flow into machinery, and verifying compliance with quality, safety, and production standards. **Hard Skills** + General Labor + Packing + Shipping + Use of tape measure **Soft Skills** + Ability to monitor and ensure quality compliance + Efficient operation of equipment + Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** **Work in a manufacturing environment with running machines.
