Pay: $17.35 - $18.60
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift

Job Duties:  Comply with Company, State and Federal safety requirements Maintain raw material level on assigned machines  Construct proper packaging (crates, cradles, boxes, etc.) for profile being produced  Verify length of produced profiles, package per crate book instructions  Ensure packing label is correct for piece count, color, length  Cut up scrap and place in gaylords Perform all aspects of extruder teardown and set-up  Perform all aspects of quality functions in accordance with QA work Instructions Troubleshoot raw material, die, and mechanical problems  Adhere to time standards set by Supervisor  Properly use all standard types of measuring equipment Read and understand production drawings and specifications  Adjust machines and equipment to maintain proper tolerances of profiles being produced Participate in training operator trainees  Identify and report all problems requiring maintenance action Experience/ Education Hand and power tools, QA inspections, standard measuring equipment High School Diploma or equivalent Competencies: Dependability, good attendance  Work in a teamwork environment Cooperative  Resourceful  Work independently
