Benefits of Joining Our Team + Competitive Pay Rates + Comprehensive Benefits Packages + 401K Matching Program + Opportunities for Overtime + Referral Bonuses + Vacation and Paid Time Off + Weekly Pay + Career Advancement Opportunities We are actively seeking candidates who: + Can reliably commute to our Newington, CT facility + Are available to work: + 3rd shift (Sunday – Thursday 11:30 pm-7:30 am) + Eager to build a career with a stable family-owned company You should be able to: + Read, write, and communicate effectively + Follow directions from trainers and supervisors + Utilize basic math skills + Demonstrate proper safety practices, punctuality, and reliability in your daily work It would be great but not required that you: Have a high school diploma or GED The main job responsibilities that you should be familiar with as a Bindery machine operator: + Learn the basic operation of the machine, including all safety features + Handle basic troubleshooting of machine issues to maintain production + Perform machine quality checks as required + Separate materials correctly per instructions The main job responsibilities that you should be familiar with as an Insert operator: + Comprehend quality review requirements and execute them properly + Learn to fix minor machine issues and restart the machine when necessary + Ensure there is sufficient material at the machine so production can continue seamlessly + Follow USPS sorting regulations for creating bundles/trays/pallets
