**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts. This entry-level position involves operating honing or lapping machines. The typical day includes standing in one spot and inserting small metal parts into a machine. This is a repetitive job that requires high attention to detail. You will be responsible for checking parts using no-go gauges, performing basic calculations, and documenting basic numbers and data. Candidates must be comfortable working with older machines and performing tasks involving small parts. **Shift:** 1st : Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm 2nd: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-11pm **Hard Skills** + Comfortable being around older grinding machines + No allergies to the oil used + Comfortable doing repetitive work + Basic math and documentation skills + Machine Operating experience **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Arlington Heights, Illinois. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
