**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Contractor will operate a paper rewinding machine, and/or assist with operations on packaging line. The incumbent at a shift will be responsible for documenting and communicating all changes during their shift, communicate to incoming worker. Perform quality control tests on all finished products prior to and during packaging. **Hard Skills** + Operate paper rewinding machine + Assist with packaging line operations + Perform quality control tests + Utilize production schedule for setup + Adjust machine tolerances and speed + Load new paper rolls onto machine **Soft Skills** + Communicate effectively with incoming workers + Set clear expectations for assistant operators + Collaborate with team for efficient production **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Green Bay, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** Clean, well-lit production facility. Safe guards are in place around all moving machines. There are lines on the floor where people should walk within.
