**Job Title: Coater Operator** **Job Description** As a Coater Operator, you will operate a machine that processes large rolls of webbed material to produce Print and Stick labels. You will be responsible for supervising the machine to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Your duties include checking the rolls to prevent wrinkling, loading and unloading rolls, and lifting up to 75lbs multiple times during your shift. This role requires a balance of standing and watching the machine with brief periods of high-paced activity. Concentration is key, even during less active periods. **Hard Skills** + machine operation + web handling + machine supervision **Soft Skills** + attention to detail + ability to concentrate + punctuality **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Middleton, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** The hours are 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The environment can get hot, up to 90 degrees, due to the machines. The dress code is casual, with shorts being appropriate, but steel-toed shoes are mandatory. The work culture is deadline-intensive, valuing punctuality highly.
