SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
Good steady hand coordination and dexterity
Capable of reading a rule down to 16th in increments
Understand angles, subtract, and add angles
Needs to understand how to add, subtract whole numbers and fractions
Must be fork truck capable or be trained and capable of running a fork truck
Able to lift 30-50 lbs occasionally
Self motivated and able to work independently 
Safety-conscious
Must speak and understand English
Work with hot plates to melt and subsequently weld rubber sections together to form an infinite variety of transitions.
