**Job Title: Entry-Level Operator**
**Job Description**
You will be operating machinery on a paper converting line making labels for the printing industry. This role involves operating basic finishing equipment and tools based on established processes and directions. You will follow work order instructions, perform quality tests, and adhere to productivity standards. Under direct supervision, you will develop an understanding of the tools and equipment used in routine machine operations. You will learn and apply policies and procedures in routine activities, build productive working relationships internally, and resolve simple problems of limited complexity. Compliance with all required safety practices and regulations is mandatory.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate machinery on a paper converting line to produce labels for the printing industry.
+ Follow work order instructions and established processes.
+ Perform quality tests to ensure product standards.
+ Adhere to productivity standards and safety regulations.
+ Develop an understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine operations.
+ Build productive working relationships internally.
+ Resolve simple problems of limited complexity.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school education or equivalent vocational qualification.
+ Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
+ Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
+ Basic troubleshooting skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in converting, color, printing, flexography, flexo, lithography, litho, and machine operating.
+ Ability to use a tape measure.
+ Forklift experience.
+ Strong preference for candidates with previous industrial experience.
+ Specific production operation experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**
This is an industrial work environment. Available shifts include: 1st shift (M-F 7a-3p), 2nd shift (M-F 3p-11p), and 3rd shift (M-F 11p-7a). Candidates will receive a $1 pay raise when they advance to a higher level.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flowery Branch, Georgia.
