Job Description:

Location: Saint Charles, Illinois

CoWorx Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to run high-speed inserting machines for inserting printed materials, such as letters or booklets, into folders or envelopes in St. Charles, IL. This role requires setting up, adjusting, and efficiently operating the machinery, as well as overseeing production and making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

-Operate high-speed machines to insert printed materials into folders or envelopes.
-Set up and adjust machinery to ensure efficient and accurate operation.
-Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments as needed.
-Conduct quality checks to ensure proper handling and insertion of materials.

Desired Background/Skills:

-Knowledge of standard machine setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics.
-Skilled in performing standard adjustments and machine operation based on job-specific requirements.
-Mechanical aptitude with strong eye-hand coordination.
-Ability to set up, operate, and make basic equipment adjustments as required.
-Clear communication skills in English (read, write, understand).
-Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs (4-6 hours), walking/standing (6-7 hours), and bending/stooping (2-3 hours).

Shifts available:
A Shift (6a-6p Mon-Wed) – $17.68/hr
B Shift (6a-6p Th-Sat) – $18.68/hr
C Shift (6p-6a Sun-Tues) – $20.68/hr
D Shift (6pm-6am Wed-Fri) – $20.68/hr
