**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for the overnight shift. You will operate within a controlled cleanroom environment and handle equipment such as sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, or autoclaves. Your responsibilities will include setting up equipment, using various chemical solutions, monitoring material inventory, and documenting daily work. You will perform quality checks on all activities and ensure accurate data recording. **Responsibilities** + Operate specialized equipment such as sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, or autoclaves. + Set up equipment and use various chemical solutions including acid, alcohol, and detergent. + Monitor material inventory and document daily work. + Perform quality checks on all activities and ensure accurate data recording. + Document physical and virtual batch records. **Essential Skills** + Basic job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures. + Ability to operate specialized equipment (sealers, lyophilizers, machine presses, bandsaws, power mills, autoclaves). + Experience with using chemical solutions (acid, alcohol, detergent). + Skill in monitoring material inventory. + Proficiency in documenting physical and virtual batch records. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail. + Ability to work in pairs. + Capability to perform quality inspections. + Lifting requirement of up to 50lbs based on functions/duties assigned. **Why Work Here?** Opportunity to work for a leading medical device manufacturer and contribute to products that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for patients across the world. The 2nd shift runs from 3pm-11pm, with mandatory training on the 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm for one month. You will work in a cleanroom/lab setting, often in pairs, both sitting and standing.
