**Aerotek is hiring skilled and experienced overnight Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in Longmont, CO - $22-$27/hour** **Responsibilities:** + **Machine Setup** : Configure machinery and prepare batches for continuous production. + **Adjustments** : Make necessary adjustments to equipment. + **Monitoring** : Use computer systems to oversee the batch process. + **Sample Collection** : Collect and record product samples. + **Independent Work** : Operate independently after about 6 months of training. **Requirements:** + **Experience** : At least 5 years in manufacturing. + **Education** : High School Diploma (HSD) or GED (verification required). + **Technical Skills** : Proficient with various computer programs and cameras. + **Chemical Handling** : Comfortable with mixing and measuring chemicals. **Shifts & Pay:** + **Third Shift** : 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday + **Compensation** : $20-$24 per hour plus a 12.5% shift differential. **Employment Type:** + **Permanent Position** : Direct hire opportunity. **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401K and Life Insurance + Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Pay + Paid Holidays + Excellent Growth Potential **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
