Machine Operator

Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting a Machine Operator in Carlsbad, CA. This job is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The Machine Operator is responsible for keeping the 3D printers running efficiently and ready for the next job. This role includes performing preventative maintenance, material cleaning, and preparing build units for the next production cycle. The Machine Operator plays a vital role in maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate closely with Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, and the Lead Project Technician.
+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of Processing Stations, Build Units, and MJF Printers.
+ Prepare printers for the next print job and ensure they meet uptime and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) requirements.
+ Promptly report any issues with printers to the Machine Technician or Lead Project Technician.
+ Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
+ Ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
+ Contribute to a positive and productive workplace.
+ Assist in various stages of production as required.
+ Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Education & Experience Requirements:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent required.
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
+ Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Shift:**
+ 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 12pm- 8:30 pm

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
