**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will inspect, load, and unload parts from assigned machines, perform dimensional adjustments, and adhere to all quality control and compliance standards. This role requires a commitment to good manufacturing practices and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Inspect, load, and unload parts from assigned machines. + Implement dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed. + Break down and store tooling specific to the job. + Make minor program edits for part size. + Conduct basic machine changeovers. + Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets. + Inspect product in accordance with verbal and/or written instructions such as part drawings, traveler, work instructions, and process specifications. + Embrace good manufacturing practices and inspection techniques daily, following all SOPs and safety regulations. + Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. + Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role. + Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties. **Essential Skills** + Inspection + Laser + Machine operation + Programming + 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required + Machine shop + Mill ******WEEKLY PAY****** **Work Environment** Our facility is a state-of-the-art medical device manufacturing facility with a state-of-the-art machine shop. The environment is extremely clean and temperature-controlled. The shift is from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The job requires sitting, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
