**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our Washington State Team.
**Job Specifications:**
- Job Type: Temporary to Hire
- Location: Washington State
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
- **Shift: Both day and shift**
- Dress Code: Closed-toed shoes, casual dress (steel-toed shoes recommended)
- Allergens: Candidates will be asked about any allergies to seafood, shellfish, wheat, or soy
- Alcohol Products: Candidates unable to work around alcohol can potentially be assigned to a different area
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Prepare shred carts for production needs, including weighing carts and recording cart numbers and weight information
- Create cart tags for seafood bite batches
- Wash carts and prepare them for the next usage
- Operate and run production equipment, acquiring proficiency through ongoing training
- Strip product/ingredients as required
- Ensure effective clean-up and sanitation of equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures
- Train and assist team members
- Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Maintain flexibility in work schedules to meet production needs
- Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer skills for recording and documenting information
