PDS Tech is seeking a Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at our Indianapolis location and receive hands-on training with world-class plastic production equipment!
Shift: 1st and 3rd shift avaliable 7:00 am - 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am M-F (expect to work overtime)
Pay: $19.00 - $20.90 per hr (based on shift)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of production machines to produce personalized credit/debit cards.
Adapt and multitask as production demands change.
Conduct quality checks to verify production accuracy based on job orders.
Stage materials for warehouse pickup after job runs.
What You Need to Have:
Basic computer skills for data entry.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Basic math skills to support job responsibilities.
Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
1 year of experience operating production machinery.
Important Information:
Flexibility to work required overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Rotating 12-hour shifts.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.90 per hour
