**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our coiling facility and paint line operations team. This role involves working rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. The ideal candidate must also be capable of reading work orders accurately. **Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift safely (after training) if working in the material handling function. + Feed and load machines with coils if working on the operations side. + Inspect and read work orders and specifications for paint finishing operations. + Collaborate with the quality department to ensure proper firmness, hardness, shine, and color of finished products. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd). + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. + Proficiency in reading work orders. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, forklift operation, machine operation, general labor, assembly, inspection, and packaging is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive 401K match of 4% with no cap, monthly production bonuses ranging from $500 to $750, and weekly catered lunches.
