**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a Machine Operator with experience in production or manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience using hand and power tools to cut parts, deburr and buff parts coming off machines, and grind sheet metal parts to customer specifications. Steel toe boots are required, but no other PPE or certifications are necessary. **Responsibilities** + Operate hand and power tools to cut parts accurately. + Deburr and buff parts that come off the machines. + Grind sheet metal parts to customer specifications. + Measure parts to cut to specific lengths using a ruler and cutting machine. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of production or manufacturing experience. + 1 year of experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to grind sheet metal parts to precise specifications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to measure and read prints. + Forklift and crane experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position starting at $19/hr on the night shift, with the option for overtime on Fridays. The temperature is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment. The current workload involves minimal overtime, and there are no set production goals.
