**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment, including drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, straightening presses, torches, overhead cranes, forklifts, CombiLift, and saws. Your primary tasks will involve loading and unloading machines, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, straightening presses, torches, overhead cranes, forklifts, CombiLift, and saws. + Load and unload machines. + Monitor machine operations to ensure products pass through the process correctly. + Clean quench tanks and maintain clean work areas. + Perform housekeeping and special clean-up duties as assigned. + Use hand and power tools. + Use overhead cranes to lift and move products. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Ability to stand for 8 hours or more. + Ability to follow directions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine operating. + Experience in metals manufacturing/fabrication. + Experience with overhead cranes. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment with ample opportunities for career advancement. It can get very hot in the summer due to the heat generated from production, but large garage doors help to cool the place down, and free Gatorade is provided.
