Machine Operator
**Job Title: Production Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team in the Prep area of production or the bottling line. This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to water, valves, and various parts of the production process, including some hot areas. The successful candidates will perform quality control procedures, monitor equipment, and ensure the final product meets our high standards. **Responsibilities** + Perform quality control procedures while machines are running and during inspections when machines are stopped. + Monitor equipment for manual adjustments and ensure quality checks throughout production runs. + Make CNC adjustments for line operation on the bottling line. + Conduct frequent quality checks, including monitoring temperature, pressure, speed, heat, and humidity. + Walk substantial distances and climb stairs to manage processes on different levels. + Handle various equipment such as silos, vessels, and lift systems for storing and preparing soybeans. + Assist with labeling, moving bottles, and troubleshooting issues on the bottling line. + Perform consistent lifting, boxing, and labeling at the end of the production process. + Work autonomously in transfer roles and assist in areas requiring more manpower. + Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience in food production or a process manufacturing role. + Experience in machine operation and process control. + Ability to perform basic math and document readings. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various machines. + Familiarity with GMP, inventory management, CNC machine operation, and manual machinery. **Work Environment** Our facility operates in a hot and humid environment year-round, with significant exposure to water and allergens such as mold, soybeans, wheat, peanuts, sesame, mustard, koji (mold), and MSG. The work involves substantial walking, stair climbing, and manual labor. Employees must be comfortable with the smell of soy sauce and working in damp conditions. Uniforms are provided, and old clothes are recommended as the work can be messy.
