Machine Operator

**Job Description**
+ Candidates will use hand tools, work from blueprints, and manufacture products based on work orders.
+ Employees will be trained on various manufacturing processes, inspect product quality, use computers to adjust machinery, and maintain organized workstations.
+ A minimum of one year of manufacturing experience is required, but we are willing to train the right individuals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand tools and work from blueprints.
+ Manufacture products based on work orders.
+ Inspect product quality and perform final assembly.
+ Make adjustments to machinery using computers.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
+ Collaborate with team members and assist the operator in checking product quality.
+ Monitor production and ensure KPIs are met.
+ Work off of bills of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum one year of machine operating experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Experience using tools and some mechanical aptitude.
+ Comfortable using a computer to make adjustments to machinery.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
+ Ability to work as part of a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Trade school education.
+ Automotive experience.
+ Assembly experience.
+ Blueprint reading skills.
**Pay**
$21.75/h - $25.75/h.
