**Job Description** We are seeking qualified Slitter and Coating Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will set up and operate production equipment and monitor the production process. Your duties will include loading and removing cores and mini rolls, inspecting and packing tape rolls, cleaning and maintaining slitter knives according to Work Instructions, and preparing and sealing cartons. You will also be required to complete all paperwork and labeling for each box, maintain safe work practices at all times, and support 5S activities in your team. This position may require you to perform other duties as required or assigned. **Hard Skills** + Operating production equipment + Loading and removing cores and mini rolls + Inspecting and packing tape rolls + Maintaining slitter knives + Preparing and sealing cartons + Completing paperwork and labeling + Maintaining safe work practices **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Organization + Ability to follow instructions **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in ROCK HILL, South Carolina. **Work Environment** You will be working in a brand new facility, about 5-6 years old. The facility is climate-controlled, extremely neat, and organized. Your work will be divided between two main departments. The first department is the coating department where adhesive tape is produced by adding the adhesive to one side of tape. The second department is the Slitter department where the bigger rolls of tape are turned into smaller tape rolls using the slitter machine.
