**Job Title: Skion Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Skion Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, utilizing batch sheets, and handling materials safely and efficiently. This role involves working with chemical and paint products in a temperature-controlled facility, ensuring equipment cleanliness, and maintaining high production standards. **Responsibilities** + Utilize batch sheet to process orders + Operate stand-up forklift + Use hoist to load film rolls onto machine + Load machine 4-6 times per day + Clean machinery every hour + Maintain attention to detail + Willingness to cross-train in different areas + Comfortable working around acetone smell **Essential Skills** + Stand-up forklift experience + Machine operating experience + Experience working in chemical or paint manufacturing + Computer proficiency **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Batch mixing experience **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 4 different medical plans (2 PPO and 2 HSA), dental and vision insurance, and 401K contributions with a 60% company match. All areas are temperature controlled except for one department, which has an air-conditioned tent to offset the heat from ovens. The facility is clean, organized, and known for its excellent safety record. We manufacture metallic coatings for various high-end products and are part of the Altana Partner umbrella, housing 2 partner companies on-site.
