**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Shifts:** **2nd shift** 3:45PM-12:15AM; **3rd shift** 11:45AM - 8AM (all Monday - Friday) **Pay:** $16.50/hr. (opportunity to be higher based on experience, room for growth based on performance and attendance). *****Looking for candidates who are able to problem solve and have troubleshooting skills!** **Job Description:** + Candidates will be working within a paper converting company that will manufacture and then ship to various companies + Operating on a machine that manufactures product (plus if it was a paper manufacturing company) + Must have a strong attention to detail + Must have experience with troubleshooting and repairing machines in the past + Prior hand/power tool experience in the past is a plus, but must be good with math + Looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined for the position + Must be flexible for all shifts, will train on days and then move to respective shifts (or ideally at least open to 2 of 3 of the shifts) + Will be monitoring the machine and making adjustments to uphold the overall quality of the products as well + Experience setting up machine and performing changeover between jobs **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
