Operate heavy machinery to tolerance and profiles determined by our customers and obtain production goals. You would also: + Operate CNC machines to manufacture door frame components according to production specifications and blueprints. + Operate press brake and shear machines to shape and cut metal components, maintaining precise dimensions and tolerances. + Use spot welding equipment to assemble door frame components as specified, ensuring secure and precise welds in accordance with safety and quality. + Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately produce components to required dimensions and standards. + Inspect finished components and assembled door frames for defects, dimensions, and alignment. Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards. + Perform routine cleaning, minor adjustments, and preventive maintenance on assigned machines to ensure peak performance and report any mechanical issues to maintenance staff. + Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area. The Skills and Experience you need: + High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education, training, and/or experience . + 3+ years of experience as a machine operator, particularly in metal manufacturing. + Door frame production environment is a plus. + CNC machine experience is required. + Hands-on experience with press brakes, shear machines, and spot-welding equipment . + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. + Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures in manufacturing . + Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting. + Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. + Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed to meet production goals.
