**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves basic setup and operation of various machines, hand tools, and pneumatic tools to deburr, slot, drill, and cut metal, primarily aluminum. The position offers two shifts: the 1st shift focuses more on deburring and operating push-button machines, while the 2nd shift requires more experience as a CNC operator. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate various machines, hand tools, and pneumatic tools. + Deburr, slot, drill, and cut aluminum metal. + Read and understand manufacturing orders. + Accurately clock in and out of jobs using an electronic clocking system. + Use and read various types of measuring equipment. + Operate hand tools, tooling fixtures, and machines such as saws, grinders, drills, drill presses, belt sanders, slotters, and shears. + Perform additional duties as assigned. + Maintain punctuality and reliability. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and general production. + Ability to read and understand manufacturing orders. + Proficiency in using and reading various types of measuring equipment. + Skill in operating various hand tools and machines. + Punctuality and reliability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a machine shop environment is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where you can enhance your skills in a supportive environment.
