**Seeking Experienced Machine Operators in Longmont, CO - $22-$27/hour** **Main Job Responsibilities:** + **Machine Setup** : Set up machinery and prepare proper proportions for batches in a continuous process. + **Equipment Adjustments** : Make necessary adjustments to equipment. + **Monitoring** : Interface with a computer system to monitor the batch process. + **Sample Collection** : Collect samples, record, and track the product produced. + **Autonomous Work** : Work independently after approximately 6 months of full training. **Skills & Qualifications:** + **Experience** : 5+ years of manufacturing experience. + **Education** : High School Diploma (HSD) or GED (education verification required). + **Technical Skills** : Comfortable working with several computer programs and cameras. + **Chemical Handling** : Comfortable working around and with chemicals, including mixing and measuring. **Shifts & Pay:** + **Second Shift** : 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, $20-$24 per hour + 10% shift differential. + **Third Shift** : 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday, $20-$24 per hour + 12.5% shift differential. **Job Type:** + **Permanent Position** : Direct hire opportunity. **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance + 401K and Life Insurance + Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Pay + Paid Holidays + Excellent Growth Potential **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
