**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will assist with operating a steel cutting machine and perform some computer-related tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach and a willingness to learn quickly and become self-reliant. Full training will take approximately six months. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in machine operating within a steel manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Assist with operating a steel cutting machine. + Perform computer-related tasks associated with machine operation. + Learn and become proficient in the role within six months. + Maintain reliability and demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly. + Adapt to a hands-on role that goes beyond typical button-pressing tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production environments. + Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication. + Experience with machine operation and metal forming. + Familiarity with steel manufacturing processes. + Ability to work reliably and independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in mechanics, construction, or farm work. + Experience with press brake and metal fabrication. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from extremely good production bonuses each week, based on achieving production goals.
