**Job Description** We are currently hiring machine operators for our overnight shift. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and looking to bring their skills to the next level. You will be assigned a trainer who will ensure you are learning the different processes of our manufacturing process and provide check-ins to ensure you are catching along. **Responsibilities** + Perform consistent inspections throughout the day. + Enter data into a computer. + Ensure the production line is running smoothly. + Partner with a Technician to set up the line and perform changeovers for new products. + Maintain a clean work environment by organizing products, sweeping, and relieving others during their break time. **Essential Skills** + Good job tenure/work history without frequent job changes. + Ambitious, willing to learn, and interested in working within a manufacturing environment. + Understanding of how to read a ruler and perform basic math. + Experience in assembly, machine operation, inspection, and computer skills. + Proficiency with micrometers and calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a fast-paced setting. + Experience using micrometers and calipers. + Experience working in a manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a unique work schedule where you will be working only half of the year with built-in overtime every other week. New hires are assigned a trainer to ensure they are set up for success. The production floor boasts outstanding tenure, with many individuals having worked here for over 10 years. Upon completion of the contract, candidates will receive a pay increase. There is also good room for growth, with the potential to advance from general production worker to Utility Technician, Set Up Technician, and eventually Lead Technician. The facility features a brand new cafeteria, coolers, vending machines, and multiple food options, including ice cream during the summer. Each candidate will be provided a locker for personal belongings and will have multiple performance reviews to ensure they are progressing well, with the potential for raises. **Work Environment** The work environment is well-lit, clean, and organized. The overnight shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule of 2 days on and 2 days off, resulting in work weeks that rotate between 36 and 48 hours. Employees will receive two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break during their 12-hour shift.
