**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator responsible for machine operating, setups, and changeovers. This role requires a strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery efficiently and safely. + Perform setups and changeovers on various machines. + Ensure production quality meets company standards. + Assist in general labor tasks as needed. + Participate in assembly and packaging processes. + Utilize forklift for material handling when necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and machine operating. + Mechanical aptitude. + Proficiency in production tasks. + Ability to perform general labor and assembly tasks. + Experience with packaging processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification is a plus. + Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, family-owned organization that values each team member and focuses on profitable metal stamping.
