Job Title: Machine Operator Location: North Charleston, SC Pay Rate: $21 - $24 per hour (with a $1 pay raise after 4 months) Shifts Available: + 1st Shift + 2nd Shift Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in North Charleston, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, including a punch press. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: + Operating various types of production/fabrication machines (CNC Mill, Trumpf Lasers, Plasma Cutters, PEM, Press Brake, etc) + Operate machines such as punch presses efficiently and safely. + Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all safety protocols and procedures. + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Requirements: + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Previous experience operating machinery, especially punch presses, is preferred. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift. Work Environment: + One location is climate controlled. + The other location is not climate controlled.
