**Machine Operator** 1st and 3rd shift (12 hours) $20-25 h/r Walton, KY **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to perform minor production set-ups and light troubleshooting as needed. The role involves a variety of assembly operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products, and preparing the area for the next job. You will be responsible for maintaining machine uptime by quickly changing out containers and restarting machines, visually inspecting parts before placing them on skids, and assisting in daily machine setup duties. **Responsibilities** + Perform minor production set-ups and light troubleshooting as needed. + Conduct a variety of assembly operations to maintain efficient product flow. + Prepare the area for the next job as needed. + Maintain machine uptime by quickly changing out containers and restarting machines. + Visually inspect parts before placing them on skids. + Assist in daily machine setup duties. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35-40 pounds repeatedly for an 8-hour shift. + Ability to clean up after oneself and operate equipment in a safe and productive manner. + Fit well in a fast-paced environment. + Attention to detail. + Flexibility and willingness to help in different areas of the operation. **Work Environment** This is a production-based shop that specializes in bending wire for the automotive industry. Most of the machinery is older and unique.
