Essential Functions:

Responsible for the set-up, calibration and operate various machines and equipment to; drill, grind, polish, CNC lathe parts components and/or assemblies in the production process to create a part.

 

Effective communication, including speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction

·       Ability to learn, understand and adhere to standard work

·       Understands the importance of safety, quality, delivery and cost

·       Responsive to internal and external customer needs

Quick troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAble to read process sheets/printsMechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple adjustmentsGreat time managementUses various material handling equipment such as hoists, carts, lifts, and hand trucks in moving light to heavy weight material

·       Must be capable of standing on concrete floors during a normal 8-10 hour schedule shift.

·       Will be required to perform bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing to efficiently perform this job.

 

 

Education:

High school diploma or GED

 

Shifts:

*Must be able to work either shift and some weekends as needed

 

*1st   7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

*3rd  10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
