Machine Operator

Adecco is recruiting for a **Machine Operator** on behalf of our client. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to grow in a dynamic production environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Review work orders and instructions provided by the production supervisor.
+ Set up machinery with proper threads/yarn and make necessary adjustments.
+ Thread yarn through creels, machines, guides, tensioners, and rollers per specifications.
+ Perform quality control by inspecting and reporting variances in yarn quality and overall product.
+ Maintain accurate inventory and production paperwork.
+ Follow specific machine maintenance schedules.
+ Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to work a regular 40-hour schedule.
+ Strong attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
+ Willingness to learn and operate industrial machinery, such as tipping, braiding, and circular knitting machines.
+ Commitment to teamwork and helping beyond assigned duties.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ 1–2 years of experience in an industrial or machinery setting preferred, but not mandatory.
+ Open, honest, and trustworthy.
+ Eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
