Plastipak is hiring Machine Operators at our Lima, Ohio facility.  These are direct hire positions with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Schedule:  2-2-3 schedule ; 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days offShift:  7pm-7:10amPay: $21.50 for night shift ($20/hour + $1.50 shift differential)

What you’ll be doing:

Operate manufacturing equipment in a clean and safe environment

Troubleshoot machines, making adjustments and basic repairs, if needed

Perform quality checks on bottles

Drive a forklift to move materials around the facility.  On-the-job training is provided.

Complete training at our Jackson Center facility for up to 8 weeks

Work 2 additional shifts a month at our Jackson Center facility

What you need to be a Machine Operator:

Ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to problem solve

Ability to train for up to 8 weeks at our Jackson Center facility: 18105 Ste. Route 65, Jackson Center, OH 45334

Ability to work overtime at our Jackson Center facility
