Our client is seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity at their facility in Bucks County, PA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in machine operation and die cutting. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up presses for cutting dies and materials, ensuring high-quality production standards are met, and conducting regular in-process inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up presses for cutting dies and materials, ensuring proper alignment and settings for die cutting and slitting processes.Operate die cutting machines to produce consistent and high-quality products, adhering to specifications.Perform routine inspections during the production process to ensure the appropriate dimensions and standards are met as outlined in inspection check sheets.Maintain a high level of workmanship and quality throughout the production process.Complete necessary production forms and documentation accurately, including counts and quality checks.Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to ensure efficient operation.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.Ability to read and interpret production specification documents and memos.Basic math skills to accurately complete production forms and maintain correct production counts.Experience with die cutting and machine operation preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections during the production process.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Shift:

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
