**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be assisting on the Flexo machines that fold, stack, and package finished products. This is a hands-on role involving feeding raw stock into the machines. The tasks can vary day-to-day, but are generally consistent, requiring the ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly. You will be working in a clean and organized facility with modern equipment. **Responsibilities** + Assist in operating Flexo machines to fold, stack, and package products + Feed raw stock into the machines at the front end + Perform quality control inspections to ensure product standards + Set up and load machines for production runs + Package and assemble products as required + Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the work area **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operating and production + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment + Ability to lift 10-30 lbs consistently + Capability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day + High school diploma or equivalent **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Longevity at previous jobs indicating reliability + Experience in inspection and quality control + Proficiency in packaging and assembly tasks **Why Work Here?** We are a stable and growing company with great benefits, including a 4% 401k match, two health plans, weekly pay, and a 3% annual increase. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 6am-2pm and 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, with a $1.25 shift premium for the 2nd shift. Base pay is $17/hr. The facility is smaller, with about 50 employees on the shop floor. You can expect consistent 9-hour shifts and a supportive environment focused on growth and stability. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
