**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be assisting on the Flexo machines that fold, stack, and package finished products. This is a hands-on role involving feeding raw stock into the machines. The tasks can vary day-to-day, but are generally consistent, requiring the ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly. You will be working in a clean and organized facility with modern equipment. **Responsibilities** + Assist in operating Flexo machines to fold, stack, and package products + Feed raw stock into the machines at the front end + Perform quality control inspections to ensure product standards + Set up and load machines for production runs + Package and assemble products as required + Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the work area **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operating and production + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment + Ability to lift 10-30 lbs consistently + Capability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day + High school diploma or equivalent **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Longevity at previous jobs indicating reliability + Experience in inspection and quality control + Proficiency in packaging and assembly tasks **Why Work Here?** We are a stable and growing company with great benefits, including a 4% 401k match, two health plans, weekly pay, and a 3% annual increase. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 6am-2pm and 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, with a $1.25 shift premium for the 2nd shift. Base pay is $17/hr. The facility is smaller, with about 50 employees on the shop floor. You can expect consistent 9-hour shifts and a supportive environment focused on growth and stability. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
