What You'll Do Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Work effectively in a team environment to promote productivity Report all equipment deficiencies or malfunctions requiring maintenance or repair to the proper supervisor Operating different types of tools, machinery and welding equipment Inspect outgoing material for accuracy Attend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback. Maintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow all safety policies and procedures Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture What You'll Need Basic knowledge of polyolefin or thermoplastic melt extrusion and processing, preferably polypropylene, polyethylene, and PET resins Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits Ability to work in uncontrolled climate environment and in the elements Must be able to work a 12 hour shift, which includes overtime, weekends and holidays Ability to stand for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift Ability quickly learn new tools and techniques independently Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps Your Education High School Diploma or GED required
