Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for interpreting production orders, setting up equipment, setting print plates, choosing inks, assuring proper registration, operating equipment, tracking process metrics, and reporting results. This role requires experience in digital printing with flexo and die cutting machines. You will handle various production tasks, including heavy lifting, running multiple machines, and performing quality control checks on labels. Additionally, you will be responsible for banding and crating the finished product.

Work Environment
The team currently consists of about 30 people on site. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with uniforms provided once permanent. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts (7:00am-3:00pm; 3:00pm - 11:00pm; 11:00pm - 7:00am).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00
