Job Description
As a Machine operator in the Service Bureau department, you will be responsible for creating various labels, including shelf strips, posters, and price tags for grocery stores. You will have the opportunity to operate machinery, perform set-ups and change-overs, and potentially advance to roles such as Label Machine Operator (LMO), and Laser Print Operator (LPO).
ResponsibilitiesOperate label and lamination machines, performing set-ups and change-overs.Cross-train as a Distribution Tech, understanding numbers, picking, and packaging orders.Assist press operators by catching materials, checking product quality, boxing, and palletizing.Stand at the end of the press to ensure smooth operation and quality control.Essential SkillsAttention to detail.General production and packaging experience.Ability to operate machinery and perform set-ups and change-overs.Reliability and punctuality, with at least 6 months of verified work experience.Ability to pass criminal history check and drug screenings.Shifts AvailableSunday- Tuesday 6pm - 6am Wednesday 6pm - midnightWednesday midnight - 6am Thursday - Saturday 6pm-6am
Pay is $20/hr

Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and climate-controlled, though the production area is loud with a slight ink smell. Each shift consists of 15-20 people. You must wear composite-toed or steel-toed shoes for both interviews and shifts. Various shifts are available, including options for first, second, and third shifts across both Service Bureau and Rotary departments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
