Job Description
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Lead, support manufacturing operations to meet strategic department objectives. Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions and perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of controlled and classified manufacturing areas. Replenish manufacturing components, materials, and supplies in all processing areas. This role may start with sanitation duties to understand GMP policies and regulations and could transition to a Cleanroom operator role based on skill set.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions and perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of controlled and classified manufacturing areas.Replenish manufacturing components, materials, and supplies in all processing areas.Transport bright stock and finished product to and from staging as required according to manufacturing schedule.Conform to current good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices and adhere to all safety regulations.Attend and participate in daily shift meetings to communicate events and issues to the manufacturing team.Perform other duties as assigned by manufacturing management.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing, preferably in an Operator role with a focus on quality control in food or chemical manufacturing.2-5 years of experience in manufacturing.1-2 years of experience in sanitation and GMPs.Mechanical inclination and CNC experience.Critical thinking skills to work through complex issues with equipment or sanitation.Ability to wear all PPE provided for cleaning and manufacturing.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a cleanroom or pharmaceutical facility.Assembly and general labor.Quality assurance and machine operating.Experience with RF scanners, packing, and FDA compliance.Knowledge of SOPs, laboratory inspection, food safety, aseptic techniques, and food manufacturing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
2nd shift roles in a clean, brand-new facility that feels more like an office building than a manufacturing site. All areas are climate-controlled with state-of-the-art equipment. Training will be intensive during the initial months to learn the processes and help set up the facility. Management is extremely friendly and willing to teach and train candidates to become experts in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Ideally, candidates will work the second shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
