Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and overseeing a manufacturing line, working closely with a team to ensure the efficient production of paper and wax paper products for the food industry. This role involves hands-on work, including pallet building, loading, and unloading products, as well as ensuring adherence to manufacturing processes.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and oversee a manufacturing line.Teach general production employees how to perform their tasks correctly.Rotate positions to facilitate cross-training among team members.Build pallets according to the standard operating procedures (SOP).Ensure all manufacturing processes are adhered to.Work collaboratively in a team environment with 3-4 people per cell.Handle various aspects of manufacturing including loading, unloading, and palletizing.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience as a production machine operator.Experience in assembly line and manufacturing industry.Ability to operate production machines.Comfortable working in a team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hand tools and inspection processes.Forklift operation experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00
