Job Description
The individual will be involved with machine operation of bottle filling and maintaining the line for a smooth flow of work. Responsibilities include machine set-ups, checking measurements of liquid, and performing quality checks. The candidate will also assist with compounding/formulation. The product is put into the reagent packs for medication. Comprehensive training will be provided for completing paperwork with Good Documentation Procedures and Master Control Training.
ResponsibilitiesOperate bottle filling machines and maintain the production line.Perform machine set-ups and check measurements of liquid.Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards.Assist with compounding/formulation processes.Ensure products are correctly packed into reagent packs for medication.Complete paperwork with Good Documentation Procedures.Undergo Master Control Training.Essential Skills1 year+ experience of machine operation in a regulated environment.Previous experience following documented procedures.Good understanding and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and filling Device History Record (DHR).Ability to read and write in English.Basic computer skills.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Must have a High School Diploma or GED.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Food Production or Medical Machine Operation preferred.Experience in Federal Packaging and Apex environments is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Regulated manufacturing environment. Clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit work areas. The position consists of 80% standing at a work station and 20% walking. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: smock, glasses, steel-toed shoes, hairnet, and beard net.

The pay range for this position is $23.87 - $24.20
