**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The primary role involves inspecting and packaging products as they come off the press and performing tasks to assist Press Operators in maintaining efficient operations. This position requires a strong mechanical inclination and a commitment to long-term growth within the company. **1st Shift 745am-4:15pm overtime after shift $21/hr. 2nd Shift 4pm-12:30am overtime after shift $23.10/hr.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect product as it comes off the press at maximum press speeds.
+ Package product as it comes off the press at maximum press speeds.
+ Wash ink pumps, ink trays, and chamber blade units, and place them on the appropriate storage carts.
+ Maintain the ink pumps, hoses, ink trays, and chamber blade units.
+ Clean and lubricate portable press accessories such as fanfolders, sheeter tables, and turret rewinders.
+ Clean the presses and press areas.
+ Assist press operators in wash-up and set-up tasks.
+ Cut cores.
+ Perform general pressroom housekeeping.
+ Complete any other tasks as requested by the Press Operator or Supervisor.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical inclination and hand dexterity.
+ Ability to read and write proficiently.
+ Basic computer skills for data input and reading.
+ Stamina to stand all day and perform essential tasks.
+ Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
+ Desire to grow and advance within the company.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Previous manufacturing experience.
+ Experience in machine operating, set-ups, and adjustments.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
