Machine Operator
**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** + In the weaver operator position, you will be in charge of making circuit looms, bombing the yarn, and ensuring the quality of the product. + You will also be responsible for picking counts and identifying any defects or anomalies in the fabric, as the machine will not work when there are defects. + You will flag down the fixer apprentices if a quality issue is identified. + You will primarily work on the air jet loom and Rapier loom, with opportunities to work in the carbon room for additional compensation and grow into other roles within the company. **Responsibilities** + Set up the weaver machine + Thread needles by hand + Ensure attention to detail in all tasks + Inspect products to ensure patterns are correct **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to walk 4-7 miles and stay on feet to patrol + 3+ years of machine operating experience **Work Environment** + The schedule follows a 7a-7p 2x2x3 pattern, on B shift. + This role requires being on your feet and patrolling for 4-7 miles. + The company provides a supportive environment with a focus on quality and technological advancement. **APPLY NOW!!!!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.49 - $19.49 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
