**Aerotek Is Hiring Machine Operators** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the job duties listed below: If you are interested please apply. **Shifts Available, Hours, and Pay:** + 3rd shift + 7PM-7AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule + $19-$20 an hour plus $1.00 shift differential **Work Environment:** + Clean + Climate controlled + Good culture + Job security + Opportunities for growth **Duties and Responsibilities** + Candidates will be responsible for 3 plastic injection mold lines + Perform visual and physical bottle checks every 2 hours – documenting results on a computer + Machine adjustments: weight, color, centering, air – adjust either through computer or valve on the machine + The biggest issue they run into is the bottles weight being off, so candidates will constantly be doing weight tests and adjustments (they will be trained on how to make the weight adjustment) + Utilize Allen wrenches, sockets and screw drivers + Perform basic householding duties (cleaning their area, sweeping floors, etc.) + Clean machine filters and install new filter + Perform light repairs on mechanic components and hydraulic lines – work with maintenance on large machine repairs **Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Must Have + Mechanical mindset/skills + Previous use of wrenches, sockets and screw drivers + Previous manufacturing machine operating, set ups and tear downs + Ability to use and input results in a computer + Ability to calculate averages (used when doing bottle checks) + Nice to Have + Any tooling experience + Quality experience **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
