Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring the proper handling of materials using various equipment.

ResponsibilitiesPrioritize safety in all tasks.Locate materials into the inventory racking system.Retrieve materials according to work tickets, verifying location, size, alloy, quantities, and heat/lot.Measure materials using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.Deliver materials to designated areas using a forklift, side loader, and overhead crane.Record inventory discrepancies.Construct standard and non-standard crates, skids, and boxes using powered hand tools.Prepare orders for shipment using scales and strapping equipment, and apply appropriate shipping tags.Verify shipped products against the order and conduct a last-piece inspection.Stage orders in the appropriate shipping area and dispose of scrap.Follow all established procedures and work instructions.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse operations, forklift handling, shipping, and receiving.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Experience performing physical labor in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or general labor settings.Additional Skills & QualificationsPositive attitude and willingness to cross-train and take on any necessary tasks, including sweeping floors if needed.Capability to lift 75lbs or more.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.46 - $19.46
