Job Description
The machine operator will setup and operate equipment that laminates, cuts, and adds adhesives to a variety of paper or plastic products. Depending on experience level, the machine operator will either start out as a setup operator or work as a machine assistant learning how to operate all of the equipment with a experienced operator.

Work Environment
Our facility has a family feel with around 20 people on the manufacturing floor between 1st and 2nd shift. The building is older and a little cluttered around the machines, but it is clean. It is heated in the winter, but there is no air conditioning in the summer, so it can get hot. The operations manager is understanding and flexible, but it is an all-hands-on-deck environment where consistent attendance is crucial for meeting production goals. The available shifts are 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, and 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
