Job Description
Candidates will be overseeing the production and making of PVC pipe. Candidates enter quantity into the machine and it begins producing the pipe. When it is running, they bundle up the pipe, package it, and strap it into place. Candidates have to tighten it and are working on their feet the entire shift. They use calipers to measure and check the quality of the pipe before it is moved into the yard. They will sporadically have to check the weight percentage of the pipe and may have to adjust the machine as needed.

Work Environment
Northern Pipe is a large manufacturing facility located in the north industrial park in Fargo. The environment is consistently loud and can be a bit dusty. There are roughly 20 people on each shift. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs. The facility operates on a rotating shift schedule: Days (5:45am - 6:15pm) and Nights (5:45pm- 6:15am). The rotating shift provides a structured yet flexible work schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50
