Open Shifts:

1st Shift Hours: 6:00AM-2:30PM (Monday-Friday)2nd Shift Hours: 2:00PM-10:30PM (Monday-Friday)3rd Shift Hours: 10:00PM-6:30AM (Monday-Friday)

Pay Range: $24.00-$35.00/per hour (depends on experience)

Shift Differentials:2nd Shift: $1.60/per hour3rd Shift: $3.20/per hour

Job Summary:A pharmaceutical company that develops new ways to deliver medication is seeking Chemical Compounding Operators. You'll set up and run machines, following safety and quality rules (cGMPs & GDPs). Responsibilities include keeping accurate records, inspecting products, changing rolls, and cleaning equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:Develop skills in mixing, converting, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging. Assist the Lead by monitoring production, changing rolls, performing inspections, and managing setup/teardown. Perform line clearances and manage material returns. Maintain accurate manufacturing records (Good Documentation Practices [GDPs])Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and safety policies. Qualifications:Required:High School Diploma or GED1-3+ years of experience working in a cGMP Production Environment (such as Pharma, medical device, food & beverage, cosmetics, dietary supplements, biotechnology products, etc. production companies)Strong ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English language.Must be able to wear Tychem style protective suits and full face respirators when required.Technical aptitude related to mixing, coating, slitting, rotary converting, and packaging.Strong ability to interpret Manufacturing documents such as:Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR's), Set up Diagrams (SUDs), Visual Standards, Control Charts, Summary Sheets, Logbooks, etc.Preferred:Direct Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience.Technical, Associates, or Bachelors Degree.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $72800.00
