Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with setups, changeovers, and production runs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves heavy lifting, packing products, and following direct orders from leads and lead operators. Flexibility to assist on different lines and fill in where needed is essential.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with setups, changeovers, and production runs.Stack finished products on skids and pallets.Count finished goods.Perform heavy lifting of products.Stage orders for shipment.Provide flexibility to assist on different lines and fill in as needed.Pack products efficiently.Follow direct orders from leads and lead operators.Assist on all parts of the line and perform labor tasks as required.Essential SkillsExperience in production, machine operation, assembly, fabrication, and installation.At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.Willingness to learn computer systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsFlexibility to work on different lines and perform various tasks as needed.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00
